Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation:
- Generate revenue by acquiring business from leads generated through assigned 2-3 bank branches.
2. Incentive Programs:
- Communicate and cascade incentive programs to bank staff to encourage sales activities.
3. Sales Completion:
- Facilitate the completion of medical reports and ensure the prompt issuance of policy documents to complete sales.
4. Market Development:
- Develop new markets and segments in alignment with the company's sales strategy as it evolves.
5. Customer Base Development:
- Build and maintain a strong customer base to cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products.
6. Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with bank staff to ensure continuous support and cooperation in sales activities.
