Job Description: We are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our international customer support team. This role involves handling customer complaints, providing detailed explanations of services or products, and working closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers' concerns and handle complaints and returns.
  • Provide detailed explanations of services or products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
  • Provide product, service, or technical support to resolve customer issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Applicants currently not pursuing a degree).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Knowledge of customer handling.
    • Comfortable with working from the office.
    • Immediate joiners required.
    • Comfortable with night shifts.
    • Good typing speed.
