Job Description: Full Stack Developer

 Key Responsibilities:
1. Build reliable applications: Develop reliable, responsive, and high-performing front-end web applications that meet user needs and expectations.
2. Collaborate on solutions: Work with technical leaders, business analysts, managers, architects, other software developers, and internal customers to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
3. Develop specialized solutions: Create specialized components or comprehensive end-to-end solutions for multi-layered applications across various technology stacks.
4. Troubleshoot and debug: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
5. Create specifications: Produce detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria based on requirements, providing realistic work estimates to ensure project timelines are met.
6. Research and implement technologies: Investigate and implement new or unfamiliar technologies with minimal guidance, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
7. Maintain coding standards: Support adherence to high-quality coding standards, following best practices and security guidelines. Ensure automated regression testing is implemented and maintained.
8. Contribute to architecture and design: Participate in the software architecture and design process, contributing ideas and expertise to improve overall system design.

Skills Required:
- JavaScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript for developing dynamic and interactive web applications.
- MySQL: Knowledge of MySQL for database management and operations.
- Node.js: Experience with Node.js for server-side development.
- ReactJS: Proficiency in ReactJS for building user interfaces.
- REST API: Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Vue.js: Familiarity with Vue.js for building modern web applications.

 Earn Certifications in These Skills:
- Learn MySQL
- Learn Node.js using JavaScript
- Learn Software Testing using JavaScript
- Learn Node.js
- Learn ReactJS

Salary:
- Probation:
 - Duration: 3 months
 - Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 40,000 /month (only for freshers)
