Job Description:
Looking for a smart and enthusiastic female candidate for GMA Pinnacle Automotives Pvt Ltd.
Management of Incoming Contacts:
- Answers incoming calls promptly within Dealer business hours.
- Regularly checks incoming emails and requests from digital platforms (e.g., Dealer website) and promptly forwards them to the relevant parties.
- Provides sales staff with collected information to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Activates automatic answering service for switchboard management after Dealer hours.
Welcoming Customers to the Showroom:
- Greets and welcomes customers warmly, demonstrating readiness to assist with any needs.
- Gathers information about customers and their requirements to understand their purchase process stage.
- Records gathered information on provided tablets where applicable.
- Accompanies customers to requested personnel or available Sales Consultants.
- Manages customer waiting times in the waiting area when Sales Consultants are unavailable.
Other Responsibilities:
- Collects necessary customer documentation for test drives.
- Welcomes customers on delivery day, offers refreshments, and accompanies them to the Sales Consultant desk.
- Assists in managing showroom operations as per specific job duties.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a company secretary or in reception services, preferably in the luxury automotive sector or high-end retail.
- Proficient in text editing systems and email communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, courtesy, and excellent listening abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
