Job title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all facets of our marketing operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary objective will be to enhance our brand’s local influence while fostering brand loyalty and awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and managing our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, as well as maintaining our social media presence.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborating with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Identifying industry trends and technological advancements.
- Evaluating key metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Brainstorming with your team to devise innovative growth strategies.
- Overseeing contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Planning and executing all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyzing trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on findings.
- Conducting experiments and conversion tests, and measuring their effectiveness.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create effective landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Utilizing strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- Integrating conversion points and optimizing user funnels.
- Collaborating with agencies and other partners.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and providing strategic insights for their adoption.  
Schedule: Morning shift  
Supplemental Pay Types: Performance bonus  
Ability to commute/relocate: Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)  
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)  
Experience: Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
