Role Overview: Developer Associate

Responsibilities:

As a Developer Associate, you will:
- Design, code, test, and ensure quality within a development team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both new and existing code.
- Collaborate closely with team members, maintaining high attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency.

Daily Tasks:
- Adhere to Agile development models (Scrum), necessitating self-driven decision-making and flexibility.
- Handle product development responsibilities for backend development, including related processes, methods, and tools for SAP S/4HANA.
- Write efficient and maintainable code following SAP's standards and naming conventions.
- Independently drive topics and own objects.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the team’s success as a strong team player.
- Communicate effectively with local and remote teams.

Qualifications:

If yes, you should also have:
- A Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- 0-3 years of development experience.
- Proficiency in software design principles and object-oriented design.
- Good knowledge of classic ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, Data Dictionary, and Function Module.
- Preferable knowledge of Open Data Protocol and Core Data Services.
- A willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
- The ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
