Position Overview:

The Customer Support Executive (CSE) will be responsible for marketing the company's products, following up with clients, and handling installations and servicing of products. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market the company’s products across the state.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle installations and servicing of products.
• Become a valuable asset to the company through dedication and performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma (Preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Tamil is required.
• Total work experience of 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.
