Job Title: Corporate Sales Associate 

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include calling existing and potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is open to female applicants who possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
  - Call existing and potential clients to persuade and convert them for their event needs.
  - Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to ensure ongoing engagement with potential clients.
  - Develop and sustain credible relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
2. Lead Generation:
  - Generate promising leads for further pursuit, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  - Develop in-depth knowledge of the services provided to make suitable recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.
3. Client Requirements Management:
  - Accurately record details of clients’ requirements.
  - Maintain an up-to-date database of client interactions, ensuring all recent updates are accurately recorded.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
  - Submit weekly reports based on updates.
  - Create proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Education:

  - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
4. Soft Skills:
  - Strong negotiation skills.
  - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  - Effective communication skills.
  - Exceptional customer service skills.
