Client Service Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic International Client Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage international client services effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for international clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably BBA or MBA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Shift: 6am to 2pm - Onsite
