Branch Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ensure effective communication with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions: Record details of customer inquiries, feedback, and issues for reference and follow-up.
- Provide feedback to the management: Communicate customer concerns and feedback to the management team to improve service delivery.
- Ability to handle difficult situations: Demonstrate patience and professionalism in resolving customer complaints and challenging situations.

 Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree or any diploma.
- Vacancy: All Kerala vacancies available.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Job Types:

 Pay:
- ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
