Role Overview
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Training Plan Development
- Create a detailed training plan for the division.
- Manage all aspects of training operations, from content development to delivery and logistics, ensuring efficient and effective training program management.
2. Training Delivery Mechanisms
- Determine the most effective methods for delivering training.
- Coordinate with internal and external collaborators to design and deliver top-quality training content that meets identified needs.
3. Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Work closely with the Planning & Infrastructure team to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
- Regularly review and enhance the divisional training process for continuous improvement.
4. Adopting Best Practices
- Stay informed about the latest training delivery systems and strategies.
- Introduce innovative and effective training programs to the workforce.
5. Human Resource Management
- Oversee the department's human resources to build a motivated and competent team.
- Create a high-performance work environment.
6. Training Facilitation
- Deliver training programs with exemplary facilitation skills.

Qualifications
A full-time PG Diploma/Degree in Management or a Master's degree (M.A., M.Sc., M.S., or equivalent) in fields such as Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or Organisational Behaviour from a recognized institute.
