Technical Support

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Infopark, Kochi

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • HDI certifications (Customer Service Representative (CSR), Support Centre Analyst (SCA), and Knowledge Centre Support (KCS)) are desirable.
  • ITIL v3 Foundations or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Office 2010, Acrobat X, IE 11, Chrome, and other browsers.
  • Experience with VPN client and Citrix client preferred.
  • Experience in application support, including issue validation, testing fixes, and collaborating with developers or vendors for timely resolutions.
  • User acceptance testing or application testing experience is helpful.
