Technical Support

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Infopark, Kochi

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
HDI certifications (Customer Service Representative (CSR), Support Centre Analyst (SCA), and Knowledge Centre Support (KCS)) are desirable.
ITIL v3 Foundations or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
Experience with Windows OS, Office 2010, Acrobat X, IE 11, Chrome, and other browsers.
Experience with VPN client and Citrix client preferred.
Experience in application support, including issue validation, testing fixes, and collaborating with developers or vendors for timely resolutions.
User acceptance testing or application testing experience is helpful.
