Full TimeKey Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer interactions via voice or chat, addressing inquiries and concerns.
2. Resolve customer queries efficiently through call or chat processes.
3. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
Requirements:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on resolving issues.
3. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
4. Flexibility to work on rotational days off, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
5. Availability to work 6 days a week, in 9-hour shifts.
6. Prior experience in voice or chat support processes is preferred.
