Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Smart Spaces domain within the Infosys consulting team.
• Deduce requirements and develop comprehensive unit-level processing recipes.
• Assist the consulting team in various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research, including literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Create requirement specifications based on business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs.
• Support the configuration of solution requirements on products; diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
