Position: Designer (Experience: 2+ Years)

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Designer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, front-end development, and a keen understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality graphics and videos for various platforms.
• Create visually appealing web designs with HTML, CSS, and modern design principles.
• Work on wireframing and prototyping using tools like Adobe XD and Figma.
• Collaborate with teams to implement UX/UI design strategies that enhance usability.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects by adhering to branding and marketing principles.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic designing.
• Integrate JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, LESS, and Sass to enhance web functionality and aesthetics.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Experience with front-end development tools and a basic understanding of back-end processes.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design with a focus on usability and user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A willingness to innovate and work in a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative setting.
