Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team at Armia Systems Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing modern web and mobile applications with a strong focus on user-centric design. The Lead UI/UX Developer will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Maintain a user-centric mindset to create intuitive, innovative, and highly functional designs.
• Tool Expertise: Utilize industry-standard design tools like Adobe XD, InVision, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create design prototypes and visuals.
• Frontend Development: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery/AngularJS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for implementing designs.
• Usability & Interaction Design: Understand and apply usability and interaction design principles to create seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• CSS and SASS/LESS Knowledge: Knowledge of CSS support in SASS & LESS for cross-browser compatibility, including modern and legacy browsers.
• Version Control: Experience with source code version control tools, particularly Git.
• Visual Design Sensitivity: Strong visual design skills, with sensitivity to how users interact with systems, ensuring aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Latest UI Trends: Stay updated on the latest UI design trends and best practices.
• Responsive and Adaptive Design: Expertise in responsive and adaptive design techniques to ensure applications work seamlessly across all devices.
• Micro Frontend Design & Branding: Knowledge of micro frontend design principles and the importance of consistent branding.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate degree in B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Figma, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
  • Excellent understanding of user interaction principles and usability.
  • Experience with SASS/LESS, Git, and other version control tools is a plus.
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
