Responsibilities:

Manage project scope and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

Coach team members on Agile practices to elevate their performance.

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the team.

Serve as the point of contact for stakeholder communications.

Partner with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.

Resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles to keep the team on track.

Uphold quality standards for deliverables at the end of each sprint.

Guide development teams to achieve higher Scrum maturity.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master and a total of 6 years in the industry.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and Agile frameworks.

Skills: Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.

Certification: Scrum Master certification is a must-have.

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)

Candidate Preference: Candidates from South India who are open to relocating.

Experience Required: 3–6 years
