Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Formulation Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or a related field and a keen interest in skincare formulation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for personal skincare products.
- Conduct research on new ingredients and technologies to enhance product efficacy and safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and advancements in skincare formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure product development aligns with company goals and customer needs.
- Perform stability testing, efficacy studies, and other relevant tests to ensure product quality and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, processes, and experimental results.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any formulation issues that arise during the development process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master's in Chemistry, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in skincare formulation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
