English Teacher - WFH (part time)

Job Title: Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Demo Classes: Use PlanetSpark’s content and teaching methodology to conduct engaging demo classes.
2. Ensure Demo Experience: Create an amazing demo experience for the child and parent, making a strong positive impression.
3. Regular Classes: Conduct regular classes post-enrollment using the in-house curriculum designed by PlanetSpark.
4. Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
5. Scheduling: Adhere to the scheduled times for both demo and regular classes, ensuring punctuality and consistency.

Requirements:
1. Teaching Skills: Demonstrate excellent teaching abilities, making learning engaging and effective.
2. Attention to Detail: Show strong attention to detail with robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with children/learners, making the class a fun-based learning experience.
4. Technical Proficiency: Be tech-savvy, capable of using online teaching tools and platforms effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
2. Work Schedule: Willingness to work six days a week, with mandatory availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
3. Teaching Hours: Willingness to invest 3-4 hours in teaching every day.
4. Experience: At least one year of English teaching experience.
5. Technical Requirements: Good Wi-Fi connection and a laptop with a webcam.
