 Job Description: Expert Teacher for English & Malayalam Subjects

Role Overview
We are Online Homeschooling, and we are currently looking for expert teachers to manage English and Malayalam subjects. This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering high-quality online education. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in online teaching.

 Key Responsibilities
- Subject Expertise: Teach English and Malayalam to students using online platforms.
- Class Management: Effectively manage virtual classrooms and ensure student engagement and participation.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and cater to the needs of online learners.
- Assessment: Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize online teaching platforms efficiently to deliver content and manage classes.

 Requirements
- Subject Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of both English and Malayalam subjects.
- Teaching Experience: 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using online class platforms and digital teaching tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam.

 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree with a B.Ed. is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience: 
 - At least 1 year of teaching experience is required.
 - Total work experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential.
