Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire admission process from start to finish.
• Engage in cold calling and outbound dialing to connect with prospective students.
• Serve as the first point of contact for counseling and promoting online programs.
• Provide career counseling to students and their parents over the phone, via email, and in person if needed.
• Conduct telephonic and video counseling sessions as required.
• Guide students in selecting the right courses/programs based on their interests.
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful admissions/registrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective students and their parents.
• Address student queries and handle registrations.
• Generate leads through various forums to build a strong admissions funnel.
• Work diligently to achieve set targets.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

Desired Profile:

• Good communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 1 year of experience in academic counseling or sales (freshers can also apply).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• 1 year of total work experience (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience in academic counseling (Preferred).
• Proficiency in English (Preferred).

Work Location: In person at Kochi, Kerala
